About the Company
RJ Construction & Development, LLC was founded in 2004 by Ronny Maxwell. In 2022, sons Justin and Cade Maxwell joined the company as co-owners and project managers.
Veteran-owned and family-oriented, RJ’s mission is to provide quality workmanship and communication throughout the building process. We make sure every detail is right, we partner with a dedicated team of subcontractors, and we maintain a passion for innovations and trends within our industry.
